Midwest Nephrology Associates is expanding and we are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. We are adding these positions in an effort to meet existing demands and expand our nephrology services in the Milwaukee area.
Inpatient care includes management of acute renal failure, electrolyte abnormalities,
hypertension, chronic kidney disease, kidney stones, transplant, hemodialysis and peritoneal
dialysis. Outpatient clinic care includes hospital follow-ups, chronic kidney disease (CKD)
management with a focus on education and dialysis preparation, anemia management and
immunization services to adults ages 16 and older. The NP/PA works in collaboration with the
nephrologists and other individuals of the health care team. The NP/PA serves as a health care
resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate.
The Nephrologist is responsible for directing the care for patients with kidney disease. This position includes caring for the inpatient, outpatient clinic and dialysis clinic population.
The Transplant Nephrologist is responsible for directing the care for patients with kidney disease including seeing patients before, during and after kidney transplantation. This position also has responsibility for inpatient, outpatient clinic and dialysis clinic population.
The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic procedures in the outpatient clinics. This position also has responsibility for assisting in expanding and further developing the Ultrasound Program within the nephrology practice.
